    Description

This auction is for a vintage hunting knife made by Tak Fukuta in Seki, Japan in the early 1980s for Parker. It features a hardwood handle with brass bolsters and stainless steel blade marked "Buck Skinner". Tak Fukuta was the first Japanese member of the American Knife Maker's Guild, and apprentice to Bob Loveless. He hand crafted fine quality knives that impressed his mentor. Over the years, his factory in Seki, Japan also produced knives for Parker, Valor, Gutmann, Explorer, Frost, and Browning among others. Included in this auction is a heavy duty leather sheath as shown in photos.
